I believe that if someone has a breeding program and had the screenings done on both the sire and dam...and had an accidental breeding that resulted in mixed puppies, it still costs the same to raise that litter outside of reg papers. I can see paying more for one of those pups.....but to pay the same as a purebred??? Heck no.
