Hi. well I am having the same problem with Dustie...He is 10 months old..I did clip his nails when he was a pup..and have never hurt him but now he just really wont let me...he gets so uptight...and this morning I thought I would have another go...But hey wild animal comes to mind...I tried everything,,and even asked my hubby to hold him...but he seriously wants to bite...he turns into this crazy animal...we are both really surprised by his attitude...and we know if he can get our hands he will nip.
I have decided to get our Vet to do it...its not worth the stress.
I really can't understand why he has got this way either...I really didn't want him to get the better of me..but he has at the moment..!!
I have owned 4 yorkies over the years and this is the first one which I seriously think wouldn't hesitate in biting...even though a lot of the time he wants to be so loving.
