ear infections are tied to food allergy so what are you feeding?

Is your dog on probiotics as i would be supplementing with probiotics and raw coconut oil as coconut oil is a natural antifungal and u can even rub the inside of the ear with a cotton ball with coconut oil on it very lightly do not put in ear just rub ear with this as many have said this works

are you plucking ears? as many times that can add to problem as it opens the pores and allows infection in.

First thing i would do is do a limited ingredient food
