are you seeing a dermatologist as i would go to dermatologist as sounds like staph and they are giving you an antifungal drug with an antibiotic as ketoconazole is antifungal and simplicef is antibiotic and then you are bathing in antifungal shampoo sounds like they are doing heavy meds on this

It is either a fungal or a bacterial - i would go to derm and do a skin culture very easy they just take slides of skin nothing invasive and they send to lab to find out which antibiotic will kill it. I think that is alot of meds on this dog personally

Did they do skin culture and send out to lab before doing those meds? It cost like $130 here in california
