I think this first reaction must be perfectly normal since so many relate to it. I felt that way when I got Roxie too. I had had had to have her and then when I got her I was so scared and overwhelmed by her size and she came to me as she was developing a respiratory infection. That illness is terrifying when they are that small. I had days where I thought, "why did I do this?". At the same time my love and bond for her had already started. It gets easier and the bond you develop is indescribable. Glad you decided to keep him. Welcome to YT!!
