A neighbor told me about Spay USA . They're online. You call up and tell them you're zip code and they mail you a voucher to get your dog spayed/neutered for $85. My vet was going to charge me $600 + anesthesia! Winston went last Tuesday and they even kept him overnight to monitor him.
