To be honest I don't show yet so I just do a basic pull up, I have seen show breeders doing a professional topknot and there can be a couple of bands involved and some teasing of the hair and spray. I don't think it's actually done daily.
I just do a simple top knot pulled up the the center of the head. I hope that helps, and thanks so much for the compliment.
Your Peanut is a sweetie by the way! I think you can get a band in his hair now, with a clip to hold it in place.
