I am so sorry that you are going through this with your baby. She is a doll. Coming here shows that you do care for her, I know it must be very hard to think of turning her over to strangers. I have been there and felt that very way. My Gizmo had a Liver Shunt and suffered for a very long time before I realized what was going on and took him to the University of Tennessee for help. I lost my Gizmo after complications from the Liver Shunt Surgery, but it didn't have to end that way. Gizmo's Liver was very badly damaged at the time of surgery, and I was told if he had the surgery eariler in life there was a better chance of survival. I watched two little girls under a year old come in for their Liver Shunt Surgery and leave after only two days with a prognosis of a full recovery. Your baby does have a chance at a normal happy life! Its all up to you right now wheather you will give it to her or not.... Please contact a rescue. These are wonderful people who only want the best for these babies. If you love her, give her this chance before it is too late. It will be the best gift that you could ever give her. |
