I've never seen anyone bring pups to the show. The only time I've witnessed it is when one breeder has specifically requested a dog from another breeder. The breeder/exhibitors are much to busy getting their competiting dogs ready without caring for pups.
But, it's a wonderful place for you to connect with great breeders. Spay/nuetering would be part of their contract.
