The pup already had a case of Coccidia.....I'm not sure if others pretreat. I don't....I'm not one to administer anything that is not necessary......even de-worming...However, my contract states, that if anything such as coccidia and or worms show up, I am liable. |
Problem with the vaccines will be I am getting them for little above cost through my moms friend and all I will have is the sticker off the vial. I will not be asking for money for them because I am not having my Vet give them. At least not this time since we already have them. My contract states that the seller is NOT responsible for vet bills if the puppy is not given a clean bill of health. Also states seller is not responsible for any consequesntial damages after 48 hours of the date and time of this agreement and all sales are final. It also does say that buyer and seller acknowledge that the puppy is in good health to the best of our knowledge. I beg to differ on their part. Seems as if they cover their butts quite well with this contract, however shouldn't a Lemon Law overcome that?
