My yorkie Chiara was not on the leash when she spooked and decided to run into the street and attack the approaching car. The driver heard the screams to stop and saw us waving at her - she didn't stop and Chiara was killed instantly. I will NEVER let any of my furbabies off the leash. - IMHO
