In a fenced in yard and supervised is ok.
Anywhere on the street, I would say PLEASE DON'T.
I have heard and seen many well behaved and trained dogs walk perfectly with their owners. They know their commands well....until
the loud sound of a motorcycle, car horns,loud truck or another dog
that is not well behaved comes charging to your Yorkie.
That fun moment is not worth all the heartache you will
suffer if you can't grab your furbaby in time.
I don't mean to be a downer but its better to be safe and paranoid with your furbabies.
