I have. We use to like in a condo community, which was fenced in and full of little doggies. Kaji ALWAYS comes when called, and he also knows the "not too far" command so that was never an issue. He had so many doggie friends there, and he was never allowed to go out alone. He was always in my sight and when were out it would be at least 2 humans. We don't have a fenced yard so outings like this was the only time he had to let that pent up energy out. It was a safe neighborhood there so I allowed occasional off leash stroll, and the romp with his doggie friends when all the mommies where there to help keep watch.
