My baby, Charlie does the same thing. We call 6:00-7:30PM his "fiesty time" he runs like a mad-man (mad dog) and growls (he really does not bark yet). He loves if you throw his toys, he runs to get them as fast as he can, brings them back and wants to do it again and again and again...
