But Im pretty postive the "RISKS" were listed on the paperwork YOU signed.. he may not of come right out and said it, but it was written on something.. Ive been to several different vets offices (untill I found one I loved) and Ive have several animals fixed and not one time did I put any of my dogs under without signing a risk form and they all offered preop blood work.. its routine Im pretty positve everywhere.. they do it to cover themselves from people that feel the need to sue for something they wanted done..
