I am in a similar situation as you. Uni is almost 3 yrs and pad trained. I have in her last heats not paid attention to when she needs to go pee and she has gone in her diaper. Yuck. I got my diapers from ebay. Very inexpensive and you can get them to make them in cute fabrics. Get at least 2 in case she goes in one and you will have another one ready. But since you say she has been in heat for 3 days, I guess you would have to get something asap.
You just have to super pay attention to her whereabouts and make sure if she needs to pee you can take it off.
