Has anyone successfully downloaded a pdf of the premium for the YTCA specialty in NY yet? I did not receive a premium list by mail so I went to download the pdf premium list from Info Dog and it is still not active. The Greater New York link for premium is active, but nothing for YTCA. If someone has the pdf, would you mind emailing it to me??
