I went to get more food for my Yorkie tonight at Petsmart and talked to a trainer about my issues I've posted here. She told me that with her dog, she plays with them for 15 minutes, by using the dog food as treats. This gets them interested in their food, since some dogs aren't interested in eating. I am amazed how this trick really worked. But then again, I have been doing this to get him to eat off and on too. Maybe the food I have wasn't fresh and with this being a fresh bag, he ate like there is no tommorow. How do you all store your dog food~? |
