How is everyone doing? I lost another half a pound over the New Years weekend, which I wasn't expecting since it was mostly parties and eating out from about Wednesday on and no exercise.
My new favorite meal is a piece of grilled tilapia which is only 100 calories and then I can have a serving of tater tots that I bake for a total of 260 calories. And I get to satisfy the cravings for something fried all at the same time. I'm happy to find something good for lunch that I can have that won't kill my diet but still is satisfying. |
