Update:

Magnus threw up ALL his food. I added some greenbeans to his regular can food. I called the ER vet and asked what I should do. She said that shouldn't have had effect on it and suggested not feeding him for 12 hours and maybe some blended food like boiled rice/chicken.

Any idea why he's throwing up??? It seems like it's only his food. I don't think I see anything else that looks like bile. He also seem to eat fine.
