Under those circumstances, I do correct other peoples dogs too. That is because their dog is entering MY (or my furbabies) space. If you don't correct a dog in that situation, it could be dangerous. They will see themselves as dominant. It's just like if my kids are in the playground and another kid is hitting/pushing/kicking my child. Of course I'm going to say something to the other parent or child. You have to protect your skin and furbabies. Dora peeing on a sheet wasn't harming this guy in anyway though, and I was right there to deal with the situation myself.
