Okay ... this is what you do
First try with putting the treat in your hand on the floor
If he just sits there like ... okay now what try this
Sit on the floor place your leg in front of him to make a kind of bridge
and place your hand with the treat on the opposite side so he will have to crawl on his belly in order to get it
That's what worked for me
