Sounds like Dr. Bronner's unscented baby-mild Pure-Castile Soap. (in liquid form) Ingredients: Water, Saponified Organic Coconut & Organic Olive Oils (w/Retained Glyceryin). Organic Hemp Oil, Organic Jojoba Oil, Citric Acid, Vitamin E. I buy it in the 32 oz. size and the dilution is 1/2 oz. to to 2 gallons of water. Can be used for a baby's bath, adult bath, dentures, deodorant, shaving, aftershave, silk, wool, pets, diaters, car, hand and foot soap and so on.
