My advice would have been to have her spayed ASAP as well as I truly feel that would be what was in HER best interest. However, you made it clear that's not what you're interested in, so I gave you what I thought is the next best option.
I don't think anyone here as been 'nasty' with you...I just think that the answers you got were not the ones you were wanting. When you post up looking for advice, people are going to advise you on what they feel is best for your DOG...not what they think you want to hear. Seems like quite a few different members have posted the same advice, which I would think speaks for itself--but whether you take it or leave it is up to you.

Sorry, but not the way it works on public forums. You can't control what is posted, you can only choose to ignore it. Likewise, people are only going to support what you are doing unless that is what they feel is best, not just because that's what you want them to do.
All that being said, I truly do wish you and your girl the best, in whatever you decide and I am sorry that you are having to deal with these unplanned circumstances. |
