As I am well aware she does not consult with owner dog unseen as it is a risk to her insurance. She was always made people fly in or send video.

No, I asked for clarification on her video (I didn't understand why she did something), and then I asked questions on clicker training. She answered me thoroughly and is probably making a video on weaving between the legs since I asked for clarification. She was very nice and helpful with answering all my questions in detail. I don't see how it is a risk to her insurance. There are plenty of people out there who give advice on their websites about clicker training. We didn't "consult" I just asked her questions. I did ask her where she lived since I wanted to meet with her (I knew it was a slim chance she was around me), but I didn't realize she was in Canada!

Edit: I meant "talked" as in messaged her on Youtube, sorry if that caused confusion.
