Some breeders do charge according to the color and those are the breeders to avoid. I dont think you can decide who is a good breeder based on the price they charge. You just have to question and research the breeder. They should be breeding for Health, temperament and how they conform to the standard. Now with the off colors they dont meet the standard on color but they should be following it in size and structure
