Agree with above ^ I got Jackson as a 9 week old pup in December of last year and we still went outside to potty though. It was pretty cold and kind of frustrating sometimes when it was freezing and he wouldn't go - but we had a routine... I'd take him outside, let him sniff for 5-10 minutes and if he didn't go, he'd come inside and go right back in his crate or ex-pen. Leave him in there for 10 minutes, then try again. I gave him a yummy treat and tons of praise when he went! |
