Eddie is addicted to a treat called Yummy Chummies. It's an Alaska-made treat that has salmon in it, and he will whine for hours if he wants one and I'm not giving in.
The problem, I'm sure, is obedience school, where they have encouraged treats to reward good behavior. But I think he's starting to crave them. He'll come up to me at home and bark and yelp. He doesn't want to go outside, he doesn't want to play with a toy, and he doesn't shut up until I give in and make him do a trick for a treat.
I figured I'd turn this into a poll to see if I'm the only one dealing with this. Here are the ingredients in case anyone sees something bad in there that I should be avoiding. Web site is

Ingredients: Wild Alaska salmon, wheat flour, vegetable glycerin, propionic acid, natural smoke flavor, citric acid, garlic, calcium carbonate, natural mixed tocopherols, rosemary extract.
