ow long have I had him? The answer will most likely horrify you as I was very upset when I found out how old he was. He was about 4.5 weeks. Long story short, the situation was totally out of my hands and I did try to get the original owner (don't even deserve to be called breeder) to take him back for at least few more weeks. In that short time, it seemed she already sold off rest of his siblings and had no intention of letting him stay with his mama. In any case, I figured he's better off with me in this case.

He didn't show any signs of discomfort or constipation before. He was eating/playing/peeing/pooping just fine. Which is why I'm so baffled as to why this happened.

Update on his condition:

He pooped 3 times. The first two before food, which seemed like he was straining a bit. After his dinner he seemed to be having a easier time and not straining so much. (I mixed his canned food with little more water, I think that help alot) He seems to be panting a little more than usual though. Is that normal? Other than that, I think he's doing ALOT better than he was last night. Although, he's starting to turn into a bit of a spoiled brat since I'm letting him get away with alot more than I usually do.

(Off topic question: The vet tech mentioned he looked more like a silky than a yorkie. Any thoughts?)
