The first 20 pounds was from working at a job that was physical labor, I lost it about a year ago and have kept it all off, but didn't lose anymore after the job was done. Now I'm just trying to eat a lot healthier and I do a workout video about 5 times a week, except I've done horrible since the holidays are here, but should get back on track after the weekend!
I still eat out too much on the weekends and drink too much alcohol, I think it would come off faster if I quit both of those. I set my goal for one pound a week because that will put me looking great for summer and a bikini. My goal is to lose about 20 more pounds, but really if I lost 10 more I think I would be pretty darn happy. |
