I will try to guide you to start a new thread....
You are in the Sick & Injured/Emergencies Talk Forum ....
You should be able to see a tab above the forum name that reads:
New Thread
You click on this to begin a new thread. Be sure to give it a title like suggested by 'Dwerten'.
I will post a print screen to try and show you this 'New Thread' Tab. It is in a small blue box on the left margin.

Click on the picture above and look to the left margin directly opposite of the page numbers.
