Default Shame on me

I forgot to mention Buddy. He's our 2 yr old gelding who was born with both front legs severely deformed. Marked for death and is now MaMas handsome boy and Daddys best buddy who loves to chase us around the pasture like a dog and get hugs and kisses. He's never going to be a trail horse but the equine vet here actually looked for a scar when we told him about his leg surgeries. He was shocked he couldn't tell he'd had surgery. And WSU told us he had severe arthritis and we needed to put him down this past summer. Turned out he's had a disc out in his neck since birth. One visit from my Chiropractor and problem solved. So you see I will stop at nothing to help an animal. No matter how big or small they seem to have my address in their pocket. Or maybe it's the neon SUCKER sign on my forehead.
