But as I just posted, your pets welfare is your responsibility not the vets.
Why not expect you to max out your CC. And if your credit is bad and you cannot get a CC then why should a vet trust you?
The truth is, that most people do have the resources, either friends or family or a car title, but they expect the vet to just trust them.
