That little Danny is so so cute. I hope and pray that you get him, I don't know you but it sounds like you are very dedicated to your other Yorkie and to adopting Danny.
I admire you for putting such focus on finding him in the shelter and spending the time to go see him and love on him (I am sure he loves it also).
I have a few friends who have adopted from shelters and have no regrets.
Sophie Kate and I will keep our fingers and paws crossed for you.
