No, not by our Kennel club (UK), because it's actually not Yorkie breed standard - strictly black/steel and tan I think from memory. I guess that's why you don't see them here in the UK. It's recognised as a breed in other countries, though.
I *think* that my Bluebelle is a carrier, she had white flashes on her paws when she was born and on her chest; you would never see the ones on the paws, but the ones on her chest and belly look lovely with the tan and you see them well enough. But it's just what I read around the tinternet! |
