Westjet has specific size regulations for in cabin pet carriers. I would like to get a wheeled carrier for my Yorkie - Mr. Darcy. My question is if it is OK to turn the carrier on it's back on the airplane, so it meets to height regulations of 8-1/2 inches - the length and width are OK. I have a regular pet carrier, which I have used (he just turned a year old) once, and he can sleep fine lying down, and he can turn around, but it is a little cramped for him to fully stand......
