Well the shelter told me I had to give them Jimi's medical records and that I could fax them in or bring them (whichever is easiest). Of course I chose to bring them in, so I could see Danny again.

I held him for over an hour. All the women that work at the shelter kept saying how much he likes me and how I should get him..
Apparently in the first 2 days of submitting the application you get a call back if you are even considered. If you are, then you have to bring in your other dog for a meet-and-greet. Then, they consider the remaining applications for 2 more days. Sooo.. if they consider me I will get a phone call tomorrow or Thursday and then I will bring Jimi in!
I hope they call me back! I think if it was up to Danny he'd go home with me.

He kept kissing me and laid on my lap the whole time! I am in love!
On another note, I feel so bad for the way they treat the animals sometimes in those shelters. They put a collar on him, not a harness and they were dragging him around. Ugh, made me sick to my stomach. And one of the people working there grabbed him by the skin on his neck to put him back in his cage.

I want to get that baby out of there and with me!
