As far as I know it only covers shots and broken bones and such. There are very few companies that cover genetic diseases and tests that go with them which our little yorkies are most prone too.
If you are referring to the banfield plan, it may be worth your while to get her spayed/neutered with all shots for the first year, but after that, no.
