I never thought about it that way. I guess you are right in that sense. It's not necessary but the "parents" decide whether or not it is to be done. Remember the episode on Seinfeld? ( put parents in quotes b/c I meant the yorkie owners)


Anyway, Uni's tail is a good length, thank goodness, about 2 1/2". She waves that flag proudly, but when I do see a full tail, I do get a bit jealous.
