My family thinks I'm nuts sometimes because I'm also a "self-diagnoser". I once had an eye twitch and diagnosed myself with some sort of neurological disorder. FYI: Symptoms of Heart Attack can be significantly different in women than in men. Mens symptoms are not the same as womens symptoms.
Small dogs are prone to having sinus arrhythmias, but good to get this verified by your vet.
