I try to take Laci out to play ball or for a long walk before she gets groomed, then give treats, I use cherrios as I am brushing her and talk in a nice soft tone, keep saying good girl and give her a cherrio, it does take a few months for them to get used to it!! I always do it when she is relaxed , let her sniff the brush, I kept mine of the floor , let her understand its not going to hurt her!! Time, Patients and consistancy works wonders OH yeah and TREATS
