I wouldn't give him pedialyte, unless you know how much to dilute it. I would offer him plenty of water because there is a chance he will get dehydrated. Did you see any of the foil and choc come back up?
I have heard the same thing, that it would take lots of chocolate to do damage. I don't think you need to go to the emergency room as of yet. I would stay up with him and keep a very close watch on him. If he has seizers, is lethargic, or anything else that was previously posted, then I would bring him to the emergency room immediately. Is it possible to call a friend or family member to loan you the money in case it comes to that?
