I wish I knew of some magic answer. There is no fix. The only thing a vet can do is to make them throw up and give them charcoal to soak up stuff from their stomach.

I'm just hoping that since he weighs 11 pounds that the candy bar won't have much of an effect on him.

What kind of chocolate bar was it and what size?
