Please do not let your male yorkie attack your male doberman. It should be obvious that that can be hazardous to his health.
As for the rest of your post, others have addressed it and I agree with the other posters. I try very hard to be polite on this forum, it's not always easy for me, all I can say is WOW! I think 10-12 unsupervised ties should be sufficient!
