I don't mean this offensively, but obviously you guys didn't take the time to teach the GSD not to mouth, bite, etc. They're working dogs who require a
ton of mental stimulation, training and exercise or they're going to find other things to do with their time. I know because we as a family owned a German Shepherd for 3 years and didn't understand the breed at all, she ended up being put down because she attacked a stranger who unexpectedly came onto our property. Huge mistake on our part -- not the dogs fault by any means. I don't think you can blame the breed for humans mistake.
