We have puppies still, and under a thousand dollars. Problem is all the costs from (say having 3 puppy checks each, dew claws done, tails docked, worming, 6 and 8 wk puppy healthchecks, and 2 vaccinations, all before we would let them go to new homes hopefully at 8 wks of age). It is hard to sell a Yorkie for 200.00. But, we are in Kansas, and noticed you were looking in Illinois or Indiana.
We have had some puppies recently from our AKC Yorkie house pets. (Well they are 6 wks old now). We weren't aware of all that is involved in having a litter, but we appreciate this site and all the friendly people's advice and experience we have recieved
