I use paper wraps. I buy deli-wraps from the restraunt supply store. I know several old timers still use these too. They are allready cut to a great size and pop out like tissue paper. You have to make sure to get the ones without wax. Some dogs will chew on wraps and I don't worry if they get a hold of paper, but it concerns me that if they chewed on plastic it could get caught in the throat. I think that each person really finds what works best for them. I know one exibitor that folds the paper and plastic together and uses them both.
