Our contract states a one time replacement puppy which has been done so, all requirements has been met.
We have already listened to your complaints and have replaced your puppy, which according to our contract we did not have to do since your puppy is still living. It was your decision to continue to treat the puppy and, if he is having seizures, leg problems and whatever else, then you are being cruel by prolonging his life. There is absolutely no reason at all for you to still be e mailing us about this situation so, in short, do not call or e mail us about this as we have already more than honored our contract. |

I am so sorry for your Cody being a sick puppy. This place is a puppymill and should be shut down.
