This is not a good situation for your girl...my suggestion is keep long bangs until they grow in and then go to sephora or a department store and get an eyebrow kit with stencils and a soft powder. Place the stencil where her brows were and then fill in with the powder. Unfortunately, this is going to be an aesthetically bad time for her until those brows grow back and that can be from 3-6 months. While they are growing in, I would take her to the best salon you have in town and ask someone there to help her groom them while they are growing in.
