My Bella was the same way (adopted her in April)- it took about 5-6 months until she learned to play with toys. What really helped is when we adopted her brother Baci (in July)-He taught her to play. I would guess that over time as she becomes more comfortable in your home and realizes she is safe and loved now, she will learn about playing from your 3 chihuahuas.
